About the role

This is a full-time Project Manager position at TME BUILDERS SDN. BHD. based in Gotong Jaya, Genting Highlands, Pahang. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing project plans, schedules and budgets
  • Coordinating and managing the work of cross-functional project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors
  • Monitoring project progress and identifying and resolving any issues or risks that arise
  • Ensuring projects comply with all relevant building regulations, safety standards and quality requirements
  • Communicating progress and updates to key stakeholders, including clients and senior management
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to increase efficiency

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
  • Senior project engineer with more than 10 years in construction will be considered.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, budgets and schedules
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in the use of project management software and tools
  • Knowledge of construction regulations, safety standards and quality requirements
