**Working Location**

**Responsibilities**
- To provide leadership, direction and coaching to the project team and construction activities
- Responsible for the supervision and monitoring of construction works in accordance with the contracts and the construction drawings especially in respect of specifications, quality and time of completion.
- Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale projects
- Ensure that procedures outlined in the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and the Company's Quality Management System Manual are adhered to during supervision and monitoring.
- Plan build process, project schedule, coordinate, and lead activities to ensure that goals and objective are achieved within the prescribed time frame.
- Inspect and monitor at all times each stage of the construction works, including architectural works, mechanical and electrical works, external works and the infrastructure works.
- Identify all remedial/outstanding works to be carried out and to ensure that those works are carried out by the contractors within the time stipulated in the contracts.
- Upon completion of work, to carry out final inspections and handovers.
- Consulting with other professionals about design.
- Specifying the nature and quality of materials required.
- Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction.
- Ensure proper planning and organization of site works, setting out, optimal usage of materials, equipment, machinery and manpower.
- Check limits the wastage of materials for the project.
- To understand site condition for hoisting, distributions and installation.

**Job Requirement**
- Minimum 8 years' working experience with developers/consultant/contractor firms/interior line.
- Experience in coordinating and monitoring of site works in accordance with ISO requirement and contractual specifications.
- Knowledge of Interior Design or architecture work is pre-requisite.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be advantage.
- This position required to relocate.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
