KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Well verse of the immigration procedure and requirement.

2. Managing the ESD system for the company.

5. Dealing with relevant agencies, authorities and regulatory bodies such as Talent-Corp, Immigration, MIDA when is required.

9. Prepare and provide monthly report on operations activities.

11. Ability to resolve conflict and handle the issue professionally.

12. To assist any other matters as assigned by the top management.

**13. Others responsibilities**: - managing education payment for expatriate children’s and to make sure the prompt payment to the school before the deadline.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS

1. Client service orientation, with exceptional interpersonal skills.

2. Excellent project management, presentation and organizational skills.

3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

4. Proactive with a solid work ethic.

5. Experience with managing and developing staff.

6. HR compliance with regards to expats and dependent passes.

8. Act as a Government Department Liaison person for all related matters.

Manage all expenses related to admin, expats management, government, contractors, staff claims, etc.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT

2. Strong knowledge and exposure in Immigration matters.

3. Experience in working with expatriates.

4. Must work independently and an initiative person.

5. A dynamic person with strong communication skills.

**6. Required language(s)**: English, Bahasa Malaysia.

7. At least 5 - 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
