**We're Hiring: Freelance Fashion Designer (Modest Wear)**

We are a fashion-forward company seeking a **freelance fashion designer** to collaborate on our upcoming collections focused on **modern modest wear**. Our brand blends traditional silhouettes with a touch of contemporary elegance, and we are looking for a creative partner who shares our vision of **feminine, vibrant, and balanced design**.

**Scope of Work**:
You will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing garments across three key categories:

- **Kurung Printed Ready-to-Wear**
- **Kurta**
- **Selendang (Printed Tudung)**

Your role includes:

- Developing **style direction, silhouettes, and garment patterns**
- Ensuring a harmonious blend of **modern and traditional aesthetics**
- Working in close collaboration with our têxtile designer to maintain **cohesive and aligned collections**

**Requirements**:

- **2-4 years experience** in fashion design (modest fashion experience is a plus)
- Strong proficiency in **garment construction, pattern making, and styling**
- Excellent design sensibility with a **simple, mínimal, and balanced approach**

**Deliverables**:

- Moodboards and concept direction
- Production-ready **digital print and pattern files**
- Technical sketches and flat drawings
- (Optional) Fabric and material suggestions

**Collaboration Details**:

- **Project scope**: 3-4 designs per project
- **Engagement**: Freelance, remote-friendly
- **Compensation**: Negotiable, based on experience and scope
- **Aesthetic Direction**: Modest elegance with simplicity — think **feminine, graceful, and vibrant**
