Estate Assistant Manager

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Managing and organizing the daily operations and job specifications.
- To responsible in managing and increase estate’s productivity and cost efficiency
- Maintain staff’s (TKI) needs.
- Involved in organizing, purchasing and stock card of estate tools and equipment
- Marketing and selling FFB to manufacturer
- Skills of Public Relations to deal with authority officer (Police, Immigration, Jab Pertanian, Jab Haiwan & Jab Perikanan, DOSH, KKM, Labour Office, etc..)
- To enforce and maintain OSH at workplace
- Managing employee’s accommodation
- To maintaining and monitoring estate’s machinery
- To in charge estate’s facilities and buildings
- To Monitor record keeping of diesel, chemical and fertilizer for plantation
- To responsible for company property and security
- To manage Foreign Worker from recruitment, maintain and renewal of permit, Fomema, etc.
**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Degree / Diploma in Agriculture or equivalent
- Must have knowledge in Human Resource and managing Foreign Worker
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in managing estate
- Those with experience in managing foreign worker or Human Resource will be given preference
- Dynamic, responsible, independent and result oriented attitude
- Possess problem solving skills
- A strong knowledge of modern and hi-tech devices is essential
- A strong skill of Public Relations to deal with authority
