**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all culinary dishes that are prepared in the kitchen
- Manage a small team of workers
- Responsible for keeping organised so that meals go our on time and the work area remains clean
- Responsible on daily goods order from suppliers, monthly inventory
- A person must be very organised and comfortable working in the kitchen for hours
- Primary role is to oversee the preparation, cooking and presentation of meals in the cafe
- Maintain kitchen hygiene standards
- ABle to estimate the daily production needs and checking the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met
- ENsure that production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality of all time
- Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship, Apprenticeship
Contract length: 2 months

**Salary**: RM1,600.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
