**Jobscope**:
1. Site coordination and supervision

2. Oversees daily site operation and closely monitor site workers.

3. Provides technical advice and solve technical issues that arise during construction.

4. Monitors work progress and ensures that all work are in accordance to drawing, specification and procedure.

5. Ensures that necessary and relevant materials are available, and ensures all forms of delay by contractors due to conflicting project elements are prevented.

6. Monitor site management and control daily progress until the project site is satisfactorily handed over.

7. Report to the superior regarding site update/status/condition, keep all site records and documents.

8. Perform any other tasks as and when required.

**Requirements**:
2. Minimum 2 years experience of working experience in related field

3. Effective site management skills and knowledge in reading construction drawing

4. Ability to problem-solve, self-motivated, responsible team player, positive attitude and willingness to learn

5. Proficient in verbal and written communication: Bahasa Melayu and English

6. Malaysian with driving license and willing to travel locally from site to site

7. Able to work in fast paced with deadline given

8. Fresh graduate/entry level are welcomed to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
