Job Overview

We are looking for a **Technician (IT, Network & Security)** to join our team. The role involves helping customers with computer, laptop, printer, networking, and security system issues. The position level (Junior or Senior Technician) will depend on skills and experience.

**Responsibilities**:
**Junior Technician**
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and repairing PC, laptop, and printer problems.
- Perform basic software installation, formatting, and upgrades.
- Provide customer support with simple IT issues.

**Senior Technician**
- All Junior Technician responsibilities.
- Set up and configure network products (e.g., TP-Link, switches, Wi-Fi, etc.).
- Install and configure security systems (e.g., CCTV, NVR, IP Cameras - HIK, Dahua, Cynics, etc.).
- Troubleshoot network and security system issues at customer sites.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members.

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of IT repair (for Junior Technician).
- Strong knowledge of networking and security systems (for Senior Technician).
- Willing to learn and adapt to new technology.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to work independently or in a team.

Salary
- Salary will depend on **skills and experience**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
