Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to ensure that the workshop operates smoothly and that work quality is within specification.

2. Responsible to ensure that all repair / maintenance jobs are done effectively and efficiently and with minimum down-time.

3. Responsible for the safety at the work place.

4. Responsible for operating at optimum cost and zero wastage.

5. Constantly look into the improvement of workflow, work efficiency, work quality and work innovation. Focus on better and more cost effective methods.

6. Assist to identify and initiate improvement action(s) on technical, tooling, engineering and maintenance issues.

7. Well-experienced in handling repair & maintenance construction machineries.

8. Possessed at least 4-5 years in construction machineries.

9. Honest and can work independently.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
