We are looking for a skilled and committed Mechanical Technician to join our team. If you have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience with building mechanical systems and the drive to keep our facilities running efficiently, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform inspection, cleaning, maintenance and repair of all mechanical systems including HVAC, fire alarm systems, pumps, motors, LPG system and other building services.
  • Conduct daily operational checks and record readings for the centrifugal chiller system.
  • Carry out preventive and reactive maintenance tasks according to schedule.
  • Troubleshoot system faults and perform corrective actions to minimise downtime.
  • Assist in diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues and escalate where needed.
  • Perform basic welding and fabrication works for repair tasks.
  • Handle air-conditioning servicing, installation, troubleshooting and minor repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain tools, equipment and work areas in good working condition.
  • Support emergency response and breakdown calls.
  • Work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Competencies
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC, fire alarm, LPG, pumps, motors and building mechanical systems.
  • Air-conditioning servicing and basic repair skills.
  • Welding and fabrication capability.
  • Sound troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Good safety awareness and adherence to SOPs.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and logbooks.
  • Physically fit, able to work at heights, confined spaces and in varying conditions.
  • Good teamwork, communication and problem-solving attitude.
  • Able to perform shift duties.
Requirements
  • Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Air-Conditioning, Building Services, M&E or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years working experience in building maintenance / mechanical systems (fresh graduates with strong skills may be considered).
  • Hands-on experience in HVAC servicing, mechanical systems troubleshooting and firefighting equipment is an added advantage.
  • Basic welding knowledge and aircon servicing certification preferred.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Able to start immediately or with short notice is an advantage.
