Reporting to the Business Operations Manager and the District Manager, the Assistant Manager - Business Operations will be responsible to lead and assist in relentless pursuit of efficiency operational excellence and excellent customer service.
**The Assistant Manager - Business Operations will be responsible for**:
- Have a Tactical Business Plan with the District Manager or support and contribute to the Tactical Business Plan of the district.
- Drive full proper usage of existing systems and tools by operations.
- Introduce new processes, the underlying strategy and associated performance expectations to the district in conjunction with receiving and rolling out new operating systems and tools.
- Coach and train operations in providing feedback on new processes, systems, and tools.
- Drive the GBO strategy and objectives and collaborate with other district, regional, and global resources to build consistency in all processes.
- Address local market conditions and regulations that may hinder the district from meeting the global standards and strive to find opportunities to align with global standards.
- Collaborate with management to identify opportunities to improve quality, service, compliance and profitability to pursuit efficiency and consistency by identifying and prioritizing through communicating with operational staff and via process analysis methods.
- Monitor performance standards and District Excellence metrics and promote behaviors and processes.
- Coach the district in root cause analysis and effective problem solving when identifying and closing corrective and preventative actions.
- Align with Regional Business Operations and work along side the district to deliver reporting and automation to the field.
- Communicate the measurable impact process improvements that have had on the employees, customers, and finances.
- Drive the Management Review meeting.
- Support internal, external and customer audits.
**The Requirements**
- Acquire a University / College degree or equivalent business qualification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM Software.
- Able to define, develop and document business processes and procedures.
- Excellent computer skills which include processing, presentation, and spreadsheet programs.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proven problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,400.00 per month
