Sales Support Executive, Export

**Job Descriptions**:

- Aid the sales team in order placement and fulfillment, submit inquiries (RFQ) to R&D teams, file customer complaints and claims to Quality Assurance and Finance teams, new part number creation in system and generate product labelling for OE shipments.
- Compile sales data and maintain well-organized and current records of sales transactions, customer interactions and relevant documentation.
- Assist in sending monthly account statements, ensuring timely payment follow-ups.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders to meet delivery deadlines.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, enabling them to concentrate on strategic selling activities.
- Promptly and effectively address and resolve customer issues or concerns by following up with the relevant teams.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in sales support activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office software e.g. Excel etc.
- Self motivated and able to work and learn rapidly.
- Demonstrate responsibility, a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English both verbal in written.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is required for written with customers.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
