Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Location: Q Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sourcing and Attraction:
2. Screening and Evaluation:

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members.

4. Collaboration and Coordination:

- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

5. Offer Negotiation and Onboarding:

- Facilitate the onboarding process by coordinating with HR and relevant departments to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- Fluent proficiency in English, Mandarin & Cantonese

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

- Recruiting: 3 years (required)
