Governance, Assurance, and Planning Manager

**What You’ll Do**:

- ** Being part of the newly created Governance, Assurance, and Planning (GAP) Unit in the Airline Technology Department, you’ll be tasked with the responsibility of ensuring that Airline Technology initiatives and projects moves us closer to the Department’s ambitious growth goals, with a bias for speed and continuous learning.**
- ** A key focus of this role is to contribute to leading the governance and accounting for achievement of outcomes, goals, priorities and strategies of the Airline Technology Department.**
- ** Growth in the role will be measured by your acumen to lead and drive the Unit’s functions end-to-end (i.e establish culture, establish sustainable pace for the Unit’s work, ensure on time, on budget, in compliance delivery, partnership with Airline Technology Teams and status reports)**.**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- ** Be a connection point for the Department in matters related to governance, financial and planning.**
- ** Actively managing stakeholder relationships in orchestrating the right governance and engagement plans.**
- ** Supporting Airline Technology Teams to give assurance that projects are developed, delivered and reported on in a consistent manner i.e. aligned with Airline Technology’s project prioritisation strategy.**
- ** Track and communicate status of Airline Technology Team’s efforts, risks/ issues.**
- ** Provide ad-hoc analysis and provide recommendations to support Airline Technology’s leadership decisions.**
- ** Driving development of the content for strategic planning process,either directly or by providing input on research and analysis.**
- ** Ensuring the accuracy and availability of information/ data.**
- ** Coordinate and manage people, knowledge, and resources within the Unit**:

- ** Refining/ developing new quality standards/ workflow in the Unit/ Department’s domain under the guidance of the Department leadership**
- ** Supporting and mentoring - **giving frequent feedback and creating opportunities for team members within Unit to learn and grow**
- ** Ensure transparency and promote good governance**
