**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounting books including managing accounting daily operations e.g., GL schedules
- Perform month-end closing GL journal entries and including worldwide (WW)/ intercompany journal entries
- Prepare and maintain any ad-hoc non-GL accounting entries where needed
- Prepare and ensure timely preparation of monthly financial reports, and management reports.
- Provide reconciliation and provide insights via flux analysis on PnL and Balance Sheet
- Perform weekly cashflow forecasting (GL focused)
- Facilitate weekly cashflow forecasting updates to Treasury by partnering with accounts payable and account receivables teams
- Perform and facilitate intercompany balance reconciliation and confirmations
- Participate/ drive process and ERP system improvements, enhancements, etc.
- Ensure that financial reporting of the company is in accordance with the relevant governing standards, rules and regulations
- Ensure all requirements adhere to internal control proceduresLiaise with auditors, tax consultants, regulators, and government offices
- Other/ additional job scope as determined by reporting manager (note scope may change in accordance with the growth/ development of the Finance organization)
