**Job Title**: Scheduler

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 EPPM.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive schedule development.
- Integrate multiple schedules into a master project schedule, establish work breakdown structures, and develop schedule timeframes.
- Analyze project control requirements as part of the initial project planning phase.
- Perform critical path analysis and advise on the allocation of resources as needed.
- Regularly monitor and report on project progress, schedule status, and identify any schedule variances.
- Implement AACEi standards and best practices in scheduling and project control.
- Conduct risk analysis and mitigation planning to ensure timely project delivery.
- Provide guidance and training to project teams on effective use of P6 EPPM tools.
- Facilitate project scheduling meetings and communicate schedules to all project stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years of experience in scheduling multi-discipline engineering projects using Primavera P6 EPPM.
- Strong understanding of AACEi standards and practices; AACEi certification is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules and integrate multiple project timelines into a consolidated master schedule.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- **Professional/ Fluent English is a required and will be checked during the Interview process.**
