- Involving in sales and marketing activities for sub-sales properties.
- Execute online marketing strategies for business growth.
- Engage and reach out to prospects (clients, owners, etc.) via multiple channels.
- Arrange appointments to meet, present and negotiate with potential clients.
- Ensure consistent follow ups with potential clients.
- Maintain organized record system for admin and confidential matters.
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by superior from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Proactive, hardworking, positive working attitude, and results oriented.
- Outgoing, cheerful personality, and comfortable talking with people.
- Fluent in Mandarin is an added advantage to communicate with Mandarin speaker client.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Duration of internship period minimum 3 months and last semester student.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
