**Job Description**:
**The role**:
The Treasury Process Analyst plays a pivotal role in providing guidance for process governance and process mining. This role includes tasks such as data analysis, data mapping, and data visualization. Additionally, the analyst conducts research into emerging and transformative technologies to enhance operational efficiencies within the Group Treasury function
- ** Process Analysis**: Gain a deep understanding of the current Treasury processes, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
- ** Workflow Development**: Create both the existing and desired Treasury workflows, outlining the steps involved in various treasury and business tasks.
- ** Treasury Policy Support**: Contribute to the development and enhancement of treasury policies and processes, aligning them with industry best practices.
- ** Continuous Improvement**: Offer guidance on strategies for continuous process improvement, suggesting innovative approaches to enhance treasury operations.
- ** Technology Integration**: Work alongside the Treasury Transformation Lead to reimplement the Treasury Management System (TMS) and explore automation opportunities within the processes

**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required, accompanied by a track record of at least 7 years of experience in planning and transformation activities.
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas and information clearly and concisely.
- Proven capability in analyzing complex situations and data, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills, enabling efficient management of tasks, projects, and priorities.
