**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
- Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders, stock holding and payments)
- Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
- Analyse consumer behaviour and adjust product positioning
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
- Monitor departmental operating costs, budgets and resources
- Set daily objectives and schedules to achieve and exceed company productivity and sales goals
- Create reports, analyse and interpret raw data, like revenues, sales report, expenses and competition
- Completing tasks assigned accurately and efficiently
- Acting as a role model for all employees by continuously exhibiting a high level of service and attention to detail in all tasks

**JOB RE** **REQUIREMENTS**
- Qualification Required: Degree or diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Industrial Background Preferred: Minimum 5 years of working experience in FMCG retail market, food service line or industrial sales would be an added advantage.
- Resourceful, trustworthy, results oriented with good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
