- To provide high standards of care to new born babies & mothers by performing nursing procedures, show good example to subordinates
- To access mothers' health condition & documented the physical signs on daily basis, also monitor their emotional condition from time to time

- To constantly maintain and improve quality service in overall areas in order to remain competitive, improving clients experience and to build strong customers relationships
- To constantly review and report to the Centre Operations Manager on the team performance, customers feedback and area of improvement
- To assist the Company to achieve its goal as planned

**Requirements**:

- Good nursing knowledge, team spirit & willing to work on shifts
- Passionate, patient and love taking care of babies
- Preferably with supervisory experience in hospital or confinement centre
- Be initiative and has strong integrity, good leadership skill and result-driven personality.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in related field
- Preferred language English & Malay, knowledge in Mandarin is advantageous but not compulsory

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

License/Certification:

- Diploma in Nursing (Preferable)

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
