- Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and meetings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their web design and digital marketing needs.
- Strategically pursue new business opportunities using traditional sales methods and digital channels.
- Deliver persuasive sales pitches and presentations highlighting software, web design, and digital marketing solutions.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to execute targeted campaigns and generate leads.
- Lead negotiations and close deals by emphasizing the unique value propositions offered.
- Analyze sales and marketing data to forecast trends, track performance, and generate reports.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering ongoing support aligned to client needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities.
- Guide and mentor junior sales team members on sales techniques, digital marketing strategies, and best practices.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive, Sales Representative, or in a similar sales role (experience in IT, web design, or digital marketing industries is a plus).
- Strong ability to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and web design solutions.
- Proficient in using CRM software, social media platforms, and sales tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and marketing data.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
