Job Responsibilities: - Assisting the sales team for all the claims from region sales supervisor or sales coordinator - Establish active communication and engagement with sales team to ensure that claims are processed promptly. - Receiving and verifying all the claims, including incentive’s claim - Maintaining and updating sales and spending tracking - Compiling monthly sales reports - Doing all other jobs in the sales section of the company that fit into his/her work area of responsibilities and duties Job Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business Administration or related field. - Minimum 2 or more years' experience in sales support - Proficient in English, Malay and Mandarin as this role required to liaise with Mandarin speaker clients - Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Excel spreadsheets using VLOOKUP and pivot tables
