Key Responsibilities

  • Handle sales transactions, including processing orders, issuing invoices, and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and claims promptly and professionally, providing effective solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction
  • Provide after-sales service, addressing any post-purchase concerns, coordinate repairs and replacements and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Actively engage with potential and existing customers, understand their needs, and offer suitable furniture solutions from our collection
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with local and Japanese clients, ensure smooth communication, coordinate product availability, and resolve any issues
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, including the latest trends and features of our products, to effectively guide and advise customers
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Malay for internal coordination, including collaborating with team members and participating in meetings
  • Market planning, analysis, and business development

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in sales coordination/support role from the manufacturing industry
  • Minimum Diploma or above with proven experience in overseas sales
  • Proficiency in English and Malay
  • Experience using Glovia system (ERP) is added advantage
  • Working experience in furniture industry is added advantage
  • Experience in ISO is added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month
