What you will be doing (Key Responsibilities):

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative duties, including maintaining customer records, preparing quotations, and managing documentation.
  • Order Processing: Coordinate and track the sales order lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional customer service.
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to inquiries, follow up with clients, and build relationships to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing, and technical teams to ensure accurate and efficient communication.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics and generate reports to assist in decision-making and strategy improvement.

What do we need from you (Job Requirements):

  • Experience: 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative roles.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and document management systems.
  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
