Our client is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team

Join a dynamic team at a leading hotel & restaurant equipment specialist in Malaysia This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales coordination skills, work with a diverse range of products, and contribute to the success of a well-established company in the hospitality industry.


What you'll be doing?
  • Manage pricing information: Prepare and update standard price lists for stocked items, and organize the online repository for all indent and stocked items.
  • Support sales team: Assist sales representatives in creating detailed proposal documents for projects and tenders, and prepare quotations when needed.
  • Handle client accounts: Manage inter-company, unassigned, and overseas client accounts, recording sales and order information.
  • Provide product expertise: Understand client requirements and propose suitable products and solutions.
  • Liaise with suppliers: Communicate with suppliers and manufacturers for product information, custom-made solutions, and order progress updates.
  • Coordinate production: Assist in the coordination of production for house brand linen products.
  • Contribute to team success: Work collaboratively, sharing best practices and supporting colleagues.

  • Excellent communicator: Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, essential for effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Organized and detail-oriented: Possess high-level administrative abilities to manage paperwork efficiently and effectively.

  • Self-starter: Demonstrate initiative and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
