We're looking for a proactive and organized Sales Administrator to join our team If you're someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Assist customers with inquiries and orders via phone, email, and walk-ins.
  • Providing day-to-day support to the sales team
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales and logistics teams for day-to-day delivery operations.
  • Managing sales documentation, quotations, and reports
  • Handling customer inquiries and assisting with follow-ups
  • Coordinating with internal departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Helping to improve administrative processes where needed

What we're looking for:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, emails, and Gdrive.
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Customer-oriented and able to work independently.
