To provide support to Sales Department and to assist the Sales Admin Team Lead on day-to-day activities including the followings:-

  • Prepare receipts for car bookings and down payments.

  • Prepare documents for car registrations through online registration.

  • Prepare customer and bank invoice.

  • Prepare documents for delivery (service books).

  • Prepare quotations for Sales Consultants.

  • Prepare reports as required by Sales Team i.e. weekly, monthly, etc.

  • Prepare monthly accessories & car commissions for Sales Consultants.

  • General administration in office such as filling, etc.

  • Perform car ordering from Honda factory.

  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies / Administration. Degree Holder in any field or equivalent. SPM with credits in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mathematics.

  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the related field.

  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

  • Able to write and communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English

  • High integrity and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.

  • Must possess a pleasant personality and positive working attitude such as proactive, self-disciplined, responsible, meticulous and organized and a team player with high moral values.

  • Candidates who are available to commence work immediately or within a short time frame would be highly advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
