Branch Visit

  • Collaborated with the Visual Merchandising (VM) Department to implement store display changes across Klang Valley and regional branches.
  • Conducted weekly branch visits as required.
  • Ensured proper display of new arrivals in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Communicated with branch managers, assistant managers, and admin staff to identify and resolve urgent and pending issues.
  • Assisted branch managers in handling customer service through various platforms.

Documentation

  • Reviewed documentation with branch admin to ensure timely submission of reports to relevant departments, including Finance (OEOD), Operations (Weekly Schedule), and Sales.
  • Applied for necessary permits such as License Majlis, Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka, and KPDNKK.

Opening, Closing, and Renovation of Branch

  • Assisted the Human Resources department with staff replacements.
  • Collaborated with the Inventory Manager to redistribute stock to other branches and the warehouse.
  • Coordinated with IT, Finance, Leasing, Maintenance, and landlords for branch closures and renovations.

Observation & Inventory

  • Led and monitored branch manpower weekly through branch scheduling.
  • Observed manager performance and compiled reports for the General Manager regarding their effectiveness at the branch.
  • Monitored inventory and stock levels by coordinating with the Branch Manager and Warehouse Manager.
  • Ensured the Branch Manager adhered to schedules for low-stock requests provided by the Warehouse Manager.

Report

  • Provided monthly sales reports to the General Manager and Managing Director.
  • Submitted daily sales reports for every sales event (after closing at 10 PM).
  • Prepared frequent branch visit reports.
  • Created monthly schedules for branch managers, assistant managers, supervisors, and admin staff to avoid schedule conflicts.
  • Examples of monthly reports include staff purchases, commission reports, daily sales comparisons (by branch), daily staff sales reports, and branch manager monthly schedules.
  • Assisted in preparing any report requested by the General Manager as needed.
