Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Support the sales team through product demonstrations, technical presentations, and customer consultations.
  • Prepare sales analysis reports (customer purchase history) and conduct in-depth investigation and analysis.
  • Prepare product comparisons, whitepapers, and case studies to highlight competitive advantages.
  • Identify new market opportunities and propose product enhancements to increase market share.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, engineering teams, and suppliers to address technical queries and product-related issues.
  • Deliver product training to distributors, resellers, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create brochures, datasheets, online content, and promotional materials.
  • Participate in product launches, trade shows, and webinars to promote product awareness.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and practical solutions for hardware-related concerns.
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability meets market demand.

Requirements:

Technical & Functional Skills

  • Solid understanding of hardware products, preferably in coatings, spray paint, or construction materials.
  • Proven experience in product training, demonstrations, and technical documentation.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to provide practical product application guidance.
  • Knowledge of competitor analysis and market positioning strategies.
