**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing daily restaurant operations to maintain high standards.
- Delivering exceptional customer service consistently.
- Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing restaurant team.
- Addressing guest inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Managing food and payroll costs within budgeted limits.
- Driving sales initiatives to achieve revenue goals.
- Collaborating with the Food and Beverage team to develop innovative menus.
- Conducting monthly inventory assessments.
- Motivating team members to maximize sales performance.
- Establishing departmental goals, work schedules, budgets, and policies.
- Continuously evaluating guest satisfaction and seeking areas for improvement.
- Leading regular communication meetings and documenting outcomes.
- Promoting environmental sustainability within the restaurant.
- Assisting other departments as needed and fostering positive working relationships.
- Ensuring compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety standards.

**Job Requirements**
- Possesses Bachelor Degree in relevant field.
- Proven management or supervisory experience in Food and Beverage.
- Strong track record of achieving financial targets.
- Familiarity with Food and Beverage brand standards.
- Ability to thrive under pressure.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation standards.
- Commitment to team development and personal growth.
- Flexibility to adapt to various work situations.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
