**Job Title: Account Executive**:
**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly and annual accounts
Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met according to Corporate’s timeline
Prepare financial management reports and ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures
Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities
Develop and maintain financial data bases
Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process
Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
Analyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends and financial commitments
Monitor and support taxation issues
Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide recommendations and maintain solutions to
business and financial problems.
Checking and upload employee concur claims.

- **Correspond with clients and vendors on a timely basis on issues relating to accounting, receipts and payments.**

**_Professional Knowledge and Skills_**
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders
- Proficient computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher and Accounting & Reporting softwares.
**_Qualifications_**
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Working experience in AP/AR/GL and handling full set of accounts will be added advantage
- Must be flexible with working hours especially during month end closing
