**Job Descriptions**:
**Responsibilities**:
01) Preparing the entire organization to drive the Digital Transformation journey towards being more relevant and being able to fully adapt the new business environment through sufficient internal trainings and rigorous implementations.
02) To develop a new company mindset of global competitiveness by inheriting Global Best Practices for the entire organisation at all times.
03) Build-up of the organization capability by ensuring a team of competitive professionals is able to thrive in the Top Glove environment and to be able to continuously update and upgrade the company’s digital capabilities.
04) Evaluating opportunities, defining alignment, influence and program manage pilot initiatives and explorative test beds for performance testing of new technologies and solutions in conjunction with the digital transformation journey roadmap.
05) Keeping abreast with global market development in developing a master of business intelligence and introduce emerging technologies and solutions.
06) Collaborating and shaping solutions for the business to ensure benefits are fully maximized from the projects initiated.
07) Continually validate the digital roadmap, feasibility and implementation of the plans through constant engagement with the business and delivery teams.
08) Refining the digital culture through effective change management and enabling all stakeholders to be digitally savvy.
09) Continuously update and ensure all ESG/17SDG conditions compliances are being adhered to.
10) Consistently uphold the organization’s culture by practicing all corporate values.

**Job Requirements**

01) Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree in General Management, Information Communication Technology ICT with strong business background. Education from reputable universities.
02) Working experience in a global corporate company or in strategy consulting firms would be of advantages.
03) A minimum of 10 years of leadership experience driving digital innovation and transformation in a large-scale organisation.
04) Strong leadership experience in managing largescale programmes that has direct business impacts (P&L responsibilities).
05) Possess business mindset.
