**Position Title**:Executive - Information Technologies (IT)

**Snapshot of the role**:
**You are driven to**:

- **Process Automation & Digitalization**
- Automate and optimize business processes using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools
- Develop and maintain RPA workflows
- Collaborate with departments to enhance digital workflows using platforms like Power Automate and SharePoint
- **Database Management**
- Ensure reliable and efficient operation of Microsoft SQL Server
- Write SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions
- Perform database maintenance, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
- **ERP System Support**
- Provide user support and issue resolution for ERP systems
- Handle ERP data extraction, reporting, and documentation
- Update training materials related to ERP usage
- **IT Support & Infrastructure**
- Provide technical support for software, hardware, and network issues
- Coordinate system upgrades, patch management, and deployments
- **IT Project & Asset Management**
- Assist in IT project planning and implementation (e.g., system upgrades, documentation)
- Maintain project documentation and reports
- Manage IT asset inventory, procurement, tagging, and disposal
- Track software licenses, service contracts, and renewal timelines

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Good communication skills to liaise with vendors, users, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage priorities, multitask, and support in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow in technical and ERP domains.
- Good analytic and problem-solving skills
- Strong sense of responsibility and urgency in task delivery
- Exposure to automation of business processes is a plus.
- Willingness to provide after-hours support during deployments or outages.
