We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **QA Assistant** to support our Quality Assurance team in ensuring all products meet company and regulatory standards. You will assist in daily QA operations, documentation control, inspections, and continuous improvement activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- In-charge of all quality-related matters involving items, processes, and issues for both in-house products and OEM products.
- Perform incoming inspections of raw materials, packaging materials, and semi-finished goods according to established SOPs.
- Conduct outgoing inspections on finished items before delivery.
- Work closely with the QA Executive to investigate any quality issues related to incoming materials or finished goods.
- Control, monitor, and maintain calibration records for all measuring equipment at the production site.
- Lead quality-related activities during blending processes and collaborate with the QC Chemist on any blending issues.
- Provide direct reporting to the QA Executive and Production Executive regarding any quality issues occurring during receiving, filling, or delivery activities.
- Prepare packing lists and issue filling instructions to the Production team.
- Conduct sorting activities for rejected parts or non-conforming items.
- Provide support during customer blending or filling trials conducted at the production site.

**Qualifications & Work Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year working experience as a Chemist **or** fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in conducting inspections on raw materials and finished goods.
- Good command of both written and verbal English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Well-versed in industry quality standards, with strong managerial, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with a strong sense of urgency.
- Good understanding of ISO 9001:2015 documentation requirements.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
