**What’s the job?**
Manage the activities of a front desk shift ensuring that guests receive prompt, professional attention and personal recognition.
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years' experience as Duty Manager in hotel Front Office
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Strong skills and experience in Front Office system and procedures.
- Knowledge and experience in Opera system would be an advantage
- Good leadership and people skills
- **Must be Malaysian**:
