**Job Duties**
- Work closely with all department and gain working knowledge of front office, housekeeping, human resource, accounting and necessary aspects of engineering.
- Continuously inspect the assigned areas and room inspections to ensure the cleanliness are keep to the highest level.
- Ensure that all reports are prepared completely and submit timely as required.
- Review operating statements and critique unusual overages and shortages. All possible efforts must be made to meet budgeted goals.
- Attends to guest complains, request or inquiries regarding the comfort of bedroom services and immediately takes all corrective measures.
- To prepare and manage weekly & monthly duty roster of all department and manage the staff leave and rest day accordingly.

**Job Requirements**
- SPM or and above
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Melaka

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month
