**Some of the key responsibilities will include**:

- To lead a dynamic team with a focus on performance marketing and results, cultivate a results-oriented mindset within the team and reporting directly to the Planning Director.
- Foster robust relationships with clients, adeptly managing their expectations, ensure the team consistently delivers high-quality work.
- Achieve tangible results and showcase outstanding work to clients.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key media platforms and vendors, such as Google, Facebook, The Star and Astro.
- Drive negotiations to secure optimal ROI for clients.
- Conduct engaging presentations, including media reviews and annual brand plans.
- Lead the strategic direction across both online and offline media.
- Align communication plans with a comprehensive blueprint.
- Develop and implement effective media plans grounded in credible insights and data.
- Drive strategic planning to fulfil client business ambitions.
- Strategize the consumer funnel and optimize the consumer journey from awareness to purchase to loyalty.
- Introduce innovation and new tools to enhance client campaigns.
- Focus on driving consumer engagement, data capture, and sales.
- Manage client investments meticulously, treating them as if they were your own.

**To be eligible for this role you will require**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in 360 planning and communication
- Keep updated on latest trends and campaigns, media platforms and share those with key agency leadership
- For digital specific: must know how to and able to guide the team in setting up a digital campaign and optimize a campaign including for e-commerce
- Exhibit a strong willingness to learn, coupled with passion and commitment
- Possess excellent analytical skills, balancing a macro view with attention to detail
- Demonstrate outstanding personal and organizational management
- Basic usage of Microsoft Office, digital publishers’ buying dashboard including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Adwords
- Ideally a certified practitioner with Facebook Blueprint and/or Google Performance Honours Guru
