- Ensuring that the content aligns with the organization's messaging and objectives.
- **Public Relations**:

- Managing public relations campaigns to enhance the organization's public image.
- Dealing with crisis communication and mitigating potential reputational risks.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Leading and managing a team of communication professionals, including writers, public relations specialists, and social media managers.
- Setting goals, providing guidance, and ensuring the team's effectiveness.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conducting market research to understand audience perceptions, preferences, and trends.
- Analyzing data to measure the impact of communication efforts and making data-driven decisions.
- **Event Management**:

- Planning and executing events such as product launches, conferences, or promotional activities.
- Coordinating with various teams to ensure successful event outcomes.
- **Crisis Communication**:

- Developing crisis communication plans and protocols.
- Responding effectively to crises, managing communication during challenging times, and preserving the organization's reputation.
- **Collaboration with Other Departments**:

- Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and human resources, to ensure cohesive communication efforts.
- Integrating communication strategies with overall business objectives.
- **Adaptation to New Technologies**:

- Staying updated on emerging technologies and trends in mass communication.
- Integrating new communication tools and platforms for more effective outreach.
- **Good command in Mandarin & English both in written & communication.**

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
