Job Responsibilities:

- Performs company and general back office administration duties.
- To support all managers and visitors traveling matters.
- To provide prompt support for Employee claims reimbursement and AMEX cards
- To provide travel arrangements for travelers and visitors.
- Attend to vendors coming to the office
- Perform office administrative functions and coordinate with service providers
- Maintain the schedule of office equipment & furniture service maintenance, renewal of business license and service agreement.
- To get quotations for office/admin purchases
- Manage the areas of office management such as building maintenance and general services

Job Requirements:

- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- With 5 years of relevant working experience in facility maintenance (including office) and admin support.
- Computer literate on MS Office.
- Problem solving skills.

Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
