Operations Executive

**Job purpose**:
To support the company’s operations functions by accurately handling all client payment, deposit, and collection tasks while ensuring timely and compliant processing of trust account transactions.
**Job responsibilities**:
- Perform accurate date entry task on client deposits, withdrawals, sales transactions, and trust transfers within stipulated turnaround times
- Perform daily balancing and bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and alignment between bank records and internal system data.
- Liaise with banks for FX bookings and coordinate with the Finance Department on operational and fund-related matters.
- Assist in eIPO subscription reconciliation and submission to the issuing house.
- Maintain & update all the eIPO financing subscription requests into internal system data.
- Prepare and post necessary adjustment entries for client trust accounts.
- Respond to inquiries from dealers, remisiers, and walk-in clients promptly, answer phone calls and professionally.
- Support ad-hoc operational tasks and participate in system enhancement testing as assigned.
- Ensure all processes comply with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
**Job Requirements**:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Banking & Finance, or other related fields.
- **Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with people at all levels.
- Able to work independently, handle tight deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
- Organized, resourceful, and a fast learner.
