**Deskripsi Kerja**:
- Menerima panggilan masuk dan membuat panggilan keluar kepada pelanggan apabila diperlukan
- Menyusun temujanji pergigian untuk pelanggan mengikut kesesuaian masa
- Menjawab semua pertanyaan pelanggan di dalam semua medium termasuk panggilan telefon, Whatsapp, media sosial mengikut garis panduan yang disediakan
- Menyediakan laporan temujanji harian bagi memastikan perancangan dan kelancaran operasi berjalan lancar
- Mendapatkan maklum balas pelanggan selepas rawatan dan memastikan makum balas/cadangan/aduan direkod untuk tindakan seterusnya.
- Memastikan perhubungan bersama pelanggan terjaga bagi memastikan keselasaan dan kepuasan pelanggan adalah ditahap yang terbaik
- Mengemas kini laporan harian untuk merekod jumlah pelanggan dan data-data berkaitan ntuk tujuan analisis.
**Waktu berkerja : 9.30 pagi hingga 6.30 petang**
**Hari berkerja : 6 hari seminggu**
**Offday: 6 hari sebulan**
**Kriteria & Kelayakan**:
- Mempunyai kelayakan minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM).
- Minimum satu tahun pengalaman dalam perkhidmatan dan bantuan pelanggan (Customer Service), telemarketing, hospitaliti, helpdesk atau bidang yang berkaitan.
- Mempunyai minat dalam perkhidmatan pelanggan dan komunikasi.
**Faedah**:
- Gaji pokok 1500 - 2500
