**Job Purpose**:
To assist the Operation & Engineering Department in scheduling, monitoring, and coordinating project timelines and maintenance activities for solar energy systems. The role supports the efficient execution of daily operations, project progress tracking, and data reporting to ensure smooth workflow and on-time delivery of tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and updating project schedules using relevant scheduling tools (e.g., Excel, or other project management software).
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and respective department to collect daily or weekly project progress updates.
- Monitor actual progress against planned schedules and highlight any delays or potential risks.
- Help track material delivery timelines, manpower allocation, and site readiness for installation or maintenance.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining project documentation, records, and reports for internal and external audits.
- Support the team in planning preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for solar systems.
- Perform other administrative and operational support tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

**Learning Outcomes**:

- Gain practical experience in project scheduling, resource planning, and coordination within the renewable energy industry.
- Develop technical and communication skills by working with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, procurement, and field operations).
- Understand the workflow and maintenance cycle of solar PV systems.

**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy, or related field).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Internship

Pay: RM1,200.00 per month
