About the Role

We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Admin & Operations Intern

to support the daily functions of our Foundation. This role is ideal for someone passionate about social impact and gaining hands-on experience in administrative and operational support within a mission-driven environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing
  • Support scheduling and coordination of meetings, workshops, and outreach events
  • Maintain and update internal databases and filing systems
  • Help streamline operational processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Liaise with community partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for internal
  • Maintaining HR, admin and finance documentation
  • Handle ad hoc tasks and projects assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (English and Bahasa Malaysia)
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  • Interest in social impact space
