**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Provide leadership and leading QA members to ensure the software quality
- Analysing user stories and requirements for validity and feasibility.
- To develop, review and execute detailed, well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Collaborate closely with other team members and departments.
- Mentor and train QA team members to achieve the daily jobs.
- Execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression) when needed.
- Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies.
- Provide timely solutions and reporting.
- Provide support and documentation.

**Qualifications**
- Masters Degree or bachelors degree or Diploma in computer science/information technology, computer engineering or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English

**Special Requirements (if any)**
- Minimum 10 years of working experience as a Software Tester with team leading experience.
- Preferrable from FSI/Stock Broking industry.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with mínimal supervision.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the companys success.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Good time-management skills
- Experience in develop and implement automation frameworks and executing automated tests is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
