As an Online Sales Administrator at Babymama Shoppe, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our presence on multiple online platforms. Your responsibilities will include:
- **Platform Management**:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation of our presence on Shopee, TikTok, and our website.
- Managing product listings, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
- Monitoring platform performance and implementing strategies to drive sales and enhance visibility.
- **Order Processing**:
- Processing orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Coordinating with our logistics team to manage shipping and delivery schedules.
- Providing customers with updates on order status and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- **Inventory Management**:
- Monitoring inventory levels across platforms and coordinating with suppliers to replenish stock.
- Conducting regular inventory checks and reconciling discrepancies.
- Implementing inventory management best practices to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages.
- **Customer Support**:
- Providing responsive and personalized customer support across platforms, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Engaging with customers on social media platforms like TikTok to enhance brand engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Proactively seeking feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement.
- **Sales Analysis and Reporting**:
- Analyzing sales data and performance metrics across platforms to identify trends and opportunities.
- Generating regular reports on sales performance, customer behavior, and product performance.
- Utilizing insights to develop actionable strategies to increase sales and improve overall performance.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in e-commerce or online retail, with a focus on sales administration and platform management.
- Familiarity with online sales platforms such as Shopee, TikTok, and e-commerce website administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: RM1,373.96 - RM3,436.58 per month
