**Position**: Indoor Sales Executive

**Salary**: RM 3000 - 4000
- Handling customers’ complaints or inquiries in a professional manner.
- Coordinate and ensure accuracy in processing all orders and paperwork associated with completing the sales process.
- Provide administrative support for the field sales team by handling incoming and outgoing correspondences, preparing quotations, answering phones, and checking stock status.
- Keeping track of customers’ orders and updating customers on the order status.
- Providing post-sales support to customers.
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with new and existing customers.
- Initiate and maintain a good working relationship with the sales team and internal department.
- Assist line manager in generating sales reporting as required.

**Job Requirement**:

- Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and other dialect will be advantage.
- **Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply**.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
