Position: Customer Service & Indoor Sales Executive
Location: MMW Bone Alignment Centre, Bandar Bukit Raja, Klang

**About Us**:
MMW Bone Alignment Centre provides natural, non-invasive treatments through traditional Chinese martial art bone-setting and therapeutic techniques. We help individuals recover from sprains, misalignments, slipped discs, scoliosis, sciatica, and long-term pain — all without surgery, medication, or injections.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle client enquiries via WhatsApp, social media, calls, and walk-ins.
- Clearly explain treatment options, pricing details, and available packages.
- Engage potential customers to generate sales for treatments and professional training courses.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure clients continue and complete their therapy plans.
- Keep accurate records of patients, enquiries, and sales activities.
- Prepare documents, letters, and marketing materials as needed.
- Achieve personal and team sales goals while maintaining excellent service standards.
- Deliver exceptional pre
- and post-treatment support to strengthen client relationships.
- Promote the centre’s wellness services, therapies, and training programmes.
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and promotions.
- Stay informed on industry updates, market trends, and competitors.
- Collaborate effectively with practitioners and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales (preferably in healthcare or wellness).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong client engagement ability.
- Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Independent, self-driven, and a strong team player.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin or local dialects are an added advantage.
- Able to work **6 days**a week, including **weekends**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
