Ringkasan Kerja:
Kami sedang mencari Penyelia Pengeluaran yang berpengalaman dan proaktif untuk mengawasi operasi harian di Bahagian Sos. Calon yang berjaya akan memastikan kelancaran proses pengeluaran, mengekalkan kualiti produk dan mengurus pasukan pekerja pengeluaran mengikut piawaian keselamatan makanan dan halal.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

- Pengurusan Pasukan: Menyelia dan menyelaras kakitangan pengeluaran di bahagian sos; membahagikan tugasan dan memantau prestasi kerja.
- Perancangan Pengeluaran: Melaksanakan jadual pengeluaran harian dan mingguan bagi mencapai sasaran output.
- Pemantauan Proses: Memantau proses penyediaan, memasak, pengisian dan pembungkusan sos agar mengikut SOP dan resipi yang ditetapkan.
- Kawalan Kualiti: Memastikan produk akhir memenuhi piawaian kualiti, rasa dan kebersihan syarikat serta keperluan pihak berkuasa.
- Keselamatan & Kebersihan: Menguatkuasakan pematuhan terhadap prosedur keselamatan makanan, halal dan kebersihan (contoh: HACCP, GMP).
- Penyelesaian Masalah: Mengenal pasti dan menyelesaikan isu operasi dengan segera.
- Latihan: Memberi latihan di tempat kerja kepada kakitangan baharu dan sedia ada mengenai pengendalian mesin dan prosedur keselamatan.
- Penyelarasan Inventori: Menyelaraskan bahan mentah dan keperluan pembungkusan bersama pasukan stor atau pembelian.
- Laporan: Menyediakan rekod yang tepat berkenaan output pengeluaran, masa henti mesin dan kehadiran staf; menyerahkan laporan harian/mingguan kepada pihak pengurusan.
- Penambahbaikan Berterusan: Mencadangkan dan melaksanakan penambahbaikan proses bagi meningkatkan kecekapan dan mengurangkan pembaziran.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
