**Contract Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: Based on experience + Allowances

**1. Job Purpose**

To lead and execute student recruitment initiatives for MedicMesir, ensuring effective outreach, marketing, counselling, and onboarding of Malaysian students into Egypt’s medical and health science programmes. This role serves as the front-facing representative of MedicMesir for prospective students, parents, schools, and partners.

**2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Student Recruitment & Outreach**
- Develop and implement annual student recruitment strategies to meet enrolment targets.
- Conduct school visits, expos, fairs, webinars, and engagement sessions to promote studying in Egypt.
- Build and maintain relationships with school counsellors, tuition centres, and educational partners.
- Attend local and international recruitment events to represent MedicMesir.
- Manage prospective student pipelines and maintain updated CRM records.

**B. Counselling & Guidance**
- Provide accurate and professional counselling to students and parents regarding programmes, universities, entry requirements, fees, and living arrangements in Egypt.
- Conduct 1-to-1 counselling sessions (online/on-site).

**C. Marketing & Content**
- Produce engaging content (videos, infographics, articles) to promote MedicMesir and studying in Egypt.
- Conduct LIVE sessions on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram to educate the public about study opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to run digital campaigns and create student success stories.
- Manage WhatsApp/Telegram broadcasts and maintain immediate communication with leads.

**D. Student Affairs & Engagement**
- Act as the main contact person for Malaysian students studying in Egypt.
- Help coordinate student activities, welfare support, and engagement programmes.
- Monitor student concerns and escalate to management when needed.
- Liaise with parents regarding student welfare updates.

**E. Admissions & Administration**
- Prepare offer packages, briefing materials, and pre-departure kits.
- Coordinate with the Egypt-based team on placement, hostel arrangements, and registration.
- Maintain recruitment reporting and submit weekly performance updates.

**F. Partnerships & Stakeholder Relations**
- Develop collaborations with educational institutions, NGOs, counsellor networks, and community leaders.
- Strengthen relationships with Egyptian universities, embassy offices, and academic partners.
- Support joint programmes, scholarships, and strategic partnerships.

**3. Required Skills & QualificationsEducation**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).

**Experience**
- Minimum 2 years in student recruitment, marketing, counselling, or related roles.
- Experience in international student placement is an added advantage.

**Skills**
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Competent in digital marketing, social media content creation, and live streaming.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage fast-moving workloads.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Arabic is a bonus).
- Able to travel locally and internationally.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
