**Responsibilities**:

- 1) Working with the Executive Chef and the kitchen team to maintain high standards in the quality of food both as to its preparation and its presentation.
- 2) Working in all areas of the kitchen depending on the daily needs of production & preparation of a whole range of products
- 3)To set out, maintain and monitor high standards of western food cooking and presentation.
- 4)To ensure products freshness at all times, strictly adhere with FEFO (first expired first out) policies.
- 5)To be aware of current food trends with regards to the presentation and style and help with new menu ideas and menu design.
- 6)Taking care of kitchen's hygiene all the time.
- 7)To ensure that all completed food is correctly wrapped, labelled and put in out
- fridge for each product and order.
- 8)To ensure that all completed foods are fully checked before it leaves the production kitchen.
- 9)To perform other related functions as and when is required**Benefits**:
